Who all is this available to?

The free offer is available to all gyms and fitness centers with less than 250 active gym members in the US/Canada. These free memberships are not transferable to other businesses and communication will only be allowed for active members of your gym.

How quickly will I get started?

We are trying our best to get everyone up and running quickly. But, as you can imagine, our small team is at times overwhelmed with the tasks associated with new and existing accounts. Is it really free?

Yes! Difficult times require communities to come together, so we made this conscious decision to help those who are already heavily involved in their communities. We see that right now, gyms and fitness studios are most in need of a good local communication platform. We consider you part of our community, and we just want to help!

How will this help me manage COVID-19?

The COVID-19 situation can best be managed by following guidelines proposed by the CDC. The purpose of this free tool is to help you share your voice and reassure your members that everything will be okay. It’s also a great way to offer creative services to help your members stay healthy through the ordeal, however long that lasts.

Can I send videos through text message?

Yes, you can absolutely send out video links through our text messages. In order to do this, simply create a video, upload it to YouTube or Vimeo, and set the video to the public. Then you can just simply shorten the link with a service like bit.ly and insert it in your text message.

How many messages can I send?

For now, we are allowing users to send out as many messages as they like. We do, however, restrict the messages going out to no more than 250 people. Additionally, we encourage users to exercise moderation with the number of text messages they send in order to provide a pleasant experience for their members. Avoid constant repeated messages to your members — they are real people concerned with the current situation, and everyone should use mass communication wisely to alleviate fear and anxiety.

How do I get my clients into the system?

We have created an easy-to-use “mass upload” tool in the Naamly platform. Once you are in the system, go to your name in the upper right corner, click on Settings, and then select “bulk import functionality.” There are video tutorials that can help walk you through any questions.

Do you provide resources to share with my members about COVID-19?

We are currently working on curating and consolidating a variety of information from industry experts. You will be able to use these resources as you see fit. Please be sure to let us know if you have any questions, concerns, or comments. We will also be creating our own text message ideas and templates that will assist you in communicating with your members.
